Welcome to the Family Benner Website

We love God the nations and the cities of the world

The power of diversity

Karin is an evening person while Armando is morning oriented. In the mornings may take awhile for Karin to be herself while in the evenings she is full of energy while Armando looks like a zombie. Karin is an excellent planer, grounded and a good administrator. Armando is a visionary, lives sometimes in another galaxy. Rivka was born in Caracas, is reflective and a good listener and opinionated. Gibi was born in Spain is very social and talkative. Rachel must work in Broadway one day; she knows how to win your heart sweet and full of details. We speak many languages but as a family we used Spanish, English and Dutch, and Hebrew occasionally when we pray. We have all the potential to be the most dysfunctional family in the world, or to be an amazing example that God loves diversity. The synergy of our differences, personalities, peculiarities and characteristics makes us special. We want to model that unity can be achieved through our diversity. Unity is not uniformity and the word –university- derives from -unity in the diversity- What are we? a Venezuelan family? a Jewish family? a European one? Well actually we are a family from the nations call to reflect and ignite passion the almighty among the nations. We are normal, real imperfect but enjoy life and above all things the very source of life.
